Hi there! I'm Gabe.
Let's see... what can I say about myself?

I run my own business - a computer repair shop - in a small town in southwest Alabama.
My days are (mostly) spent cleaning up viruses and spyware off people's computers, replacing modems and power supplies that have fallen victim to lightning storms or surges from our wonderful rural electric services.






I love making music, but don't get much time to do so these days. My main instrument is guitar, but I can also play bass. I have a collection of other instruments which I can make varying degrees of noise on, including:

Fiddle (This is Alabama... I feel stupid when I call it a "violin". I would not *presume* to be a violinist. Hell, I'm not even ready to be called a fiddler yet! :) )

alfabet126 is my loverly wife, and we have a little boy, Jacob, who was born in May of 2006.


My favorite color is green. My pet peeve is when people don't put the correct amount of dots in an ellipsis. I have a very low tolerance for drama. And cheerleaders.

If I could have lunch with any person living or dead, I would prefer them living.

(Did I mention I'm a smartass, yet?) I'm cynical and sarcastic, but too shy to be mean.
I'm an only-child, and a free-bleeder.

I'm really good at putting the cart in front of the horse and then realizing we don't even have a horse... or a cart... well, then... I guess we don't need this saddle, then do we? Wait... what were we talking about?
